Each session lasts one hour. Please arrive 5 minutes early for a briefing and instructions.
The venue has 3 lanes, so if you’re a larger group you may be split across multiple lanes.
In a single session we can host up to 30 people.

DON’T ARRIVE INTOXICATED
Save the drink and drugs for later. Anyone thought to be intoxicated will not be allowed to participate.
BE ON TIME
Arrive to your session 5 minutes prior to start time, anyone arriving late for their time slot will not be allowed to participate and will not be refunded.
WEAR SENSIBLE FOOTWEAR
Please no open toes, sandals, flip-flops or high heels.
DON’T TAKE PART IF PREGNANT
You shouldn’t throw if you are pregnant.
NO UNDER 16’S
You cannot throw if you are under 16 years old. 16 & 17 year olds must book with an Adult who will co-sign their waiver.
RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY
We reserve the right to refuse entry on the day.
